UM HELLO!!! Dream #LISS location. For the ladies who don't know, LISS stands for Low Intensity Steady State - for me it's usually a 30 minute walk on the treadmill 5 times a week, except when I'm on holidays. I love going for a walk outside to explore when I first arrive at a new place (that's how I usually find where the good restaurants, cafes and beaches are ... and get rid of my jetlag haha 😂) ... and then my LISS workout is done! #BBGCommunity, what's your favourite way to do your LISS for the week?
