The key (and most important) thing about these photos is the change in my smile 😊 (wow, cheese 🤣). Most of you will know that it’s not been the easiest three months for me, trying to fight off a disease that didn’t want to be fought off really knocked my confidence, as well as having a massive career shift and big wobbles in my personal life. And although I may have kept it fairly quiet, BBG has been with me every step of the way. Getting me through the good days, the bad days, the angry emotions that I only seem to be able to get rid of through exercise! 🏃‍♀️ And making me feel STRONG again. Making me feel like someone again! Rather than a sofa vegetable who wasn’t even allowed to mow the lawn thanks to the long healing periods after my surgeries. 🛋. Thanks to @kayla_itsines , I am finding my confidence again. I have found a beautiful hobby that I get to practice from my living room, or bathroom, or garden. I have found a TONNE of amazing friends who I have met through Instagram, and a #bbgcommunity of supportive, wonderful individuals who truly only want the best for each other (and isn’t that ace?).
