One of the reasons I love eating in a Mediterranean-style is VARIETY! I like to eat a lot of different foods, so rather than having one meal - for example a steak and one type of vegetable for dinner - I like to also include rice, salad and other roast vegetables as well (I like to try EVERYTHING haha 🤣). It might mean a bit longer in the kitchen, but most of the dishes I make take less than 20 minutes and can be made while other things are cooking (while the rice is cooking, I can steam greens and make salads etc).
Eating this way means I get SO much variation in my diet, which means I’m getting ALL the nutrients I need from my food!!!
