Who else LOVES avocado? The great news is it is SO good for you, no matter which way you enjoy it. One of my favourite ways to eat avocado is on ciabatta bread with olive oil, lemon juice, chilli flakes, coriander (cilantro), red onion and a little salt and pepper. What's your favourite combo?
