Because it doesn’t use equipment, it’s perfect if you're travelling or can’t get to the gym ... no matter where you are, you CAN do this workout!!!⁣⁣

✅ Sumo squats - 15 reps⁣⁣
✅ Burpee + push up - 10 reps⁣⁣
✅ Static lunge - 30 reps (15 each side)⁣⁣
✅ Split squats - 15 reps⁣⁣
✅ Push ups - 10 reps⁣⁣
✅ Commandos - 20 reps (10 each side)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Set a timer for 10 minutes and see how many laps you can get through!! ⁣⁣
