This arm workout is from Week 9 of #BBG and will really work your arms and shoulders. Follow along with me or open the app and get ready to @SWEAT 😂!!!
CIRCUIT 1️⃣
✅ Drop Push-Up - 15 reps
✅ Squat & Press - 15 reps
✅ Tricep Dip - 20 reps
✅ Mountain Climber Push-Up (10:2) - 8 reps
CIRCUIT 2️⃣
✅ Broad-Jump Burpee - 15 reps
✅ Squat & Press - 15 reps
✅ Decline Push-Up - 15 reps
✅ Burpee & Push Up - 15 reps
You’ll need a medicine ball, bench, dumbbells and bosu for these exercises.
Each circuit is 7 minutes long - try to complete as many times/laps as possible before the 7 minutes are up. Follow with a rest of 30-60 seconds then moving on to the second circuit. Complete circuit 1, then circuit 2, then repeat. 28 minutes DONE!
