Three of favorite tricep exercises to build mass! When I was trying to get bigger arms I’d train triceps on my chest days along with my arm days. One workout always went like this..... 1️⃣. Hammer Strength Press Downs- 12, 10, 8 drop set as many as possible. You can substitute with a dip’s instead of these if your gym doesn you can substitute with the dips instead of these!

2️⃣. Incline Skull Crushers - 12, 10, 8, drop set as many as possible.

3️⃣. Single Arm cable Ext- 3 x 15 reps.
