Guess where this was filmed? Here’s a hint—it’s not Miami! I’ve been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 20 years and the majority of my time has been spent at home alone. I designed this series to keep you inspired to get on your mat and practice. With lots of different mixes between primary and intermediate series so you can adjust the practice according to where you’re working, this is just what you’ll need to keep the fire burning.
