HOTEL GYM BOOTY WORKOUT! 🍑

We had such a big weeked at the @ausfitnessshow and even though we were running workouts each day I really wanted to make sure I maintained my training routine as best as I could whilst I was away. Hotel gyms can often be quite limited but if you have a booty band you’re good to go and a couple of dumbbells are always a bonus. I travel everywhere with my DB Booty Band (link in my bio for this bad boy) and I love incorporating it in all of my lower body workouts. I did this lil’ booty burner in the hotel gym before heading back home. Give this workout a try and save for later, it’s a perfect leg day workout for hotel gyms, home or even your regular gym!
