@xinyue1011 I did this workout today!! It’s one of the easier workouts that I’ve personally done, and it’s really good. ? I think if you don’t have a lot of time to do a workout, this is perfect!!

What's your "sports history"? What sports did you do so far? Did you achieve your physical state by doing bodyweight exercise or did you use to do something else?

Hi @dannibelle ! For all workouts- when you say 20rep or 12reps, does it mean each side? Or count it together? Did i make sense???
