キノ・マクレガ―さんのインスタグラム写真 - (キノ・マクレガ―Instagram)「I see happiness on the horizon 😊 _ I’ve spent the better part of my life feeling like I had something really important to do and I wasn’t doing it, either because someone had taken it from me or because I missed my chance. But lately, I feel like something big has shifted and I don’t have that old feeling anymore. Yes, there still many things on my dream list (Ted talk, NYT best-seller, change the world) but I’m not in a mad rush to make them all happen. I don’t “need” any of that to be happy. Instead happiness, love and joy are inherent to my being. _ I’m not a yoga teacher. I mean I am. But really I’m in the business of making people really truly happy because I believe that happy people who feel good about themselves have the potential to make the world a happy place. _ In some ways it feels like the community around me is smaller. But I haven’t lost anything even though my classes are smaller and I lose followers. In fact, I’d say that I’ve gained intimacy and connection. This fits perfectly with where my heart is at. I crave small moments of love, joy and a felt-sense of freedom in my own skin. That is reflected back at me in every single person’s gaze I meet. Whether in the eyes of my students or in the gaze of a stranger on the street or in a new friend made on the airplane, I see love blooming all around me.
