One of the best things I’ve done as a parent is making water our default drink. The kids have water with every meal and when they get thirsty between meals. We don’t drink soda ever (I never did as a kid either) and we only drink juice in small amounts, usually on the weekends, with breakfast or at birthday parties. Mazzy loves Shirley Temples and Harlow loves lemonade, so my rule is that they can get those on special occasions when we are eating out for dinner. Otherwise, the girls pretty much drink all water all the time, and it’s what they see Mike and me drinking most often as well. I believe water is essential to a healthy lifestyle and the more we drink it and our kids drink it, the healthier we become! #ChooseWater #ad
