?we're only using kettlebells in this workout! I used two of equal weight, but you could use a heavier single kettlebell if you're extra minimalist hehe?

✖️single KB deadlift✖️(3x12) keeping the kettlebells close to my body as I hinge back until I get a nice stretch in the hammies

✖️KB pulse squats✖️ (3x12) shifting my weight to my heels and keeping my toes at an outward angle to fire the glutes

✖️single KB glute bridge with 3s concentric hold✖️ (4x10)
⠀
✖️single lying KB hip abduction✖️(3x15) I like doing this on a bench/aerobic step to increase my ROM (extra challenging ?)
