My recent approach towards fitness:
I’m focusing on moving my body for a minimum of 30 minutes/day, whether that’s with yoga, walking, or sweating it out in the gym with weights.
Just like with food, I’ve been trying to pay attention to what my body needs instead of working out to achieve a certain “look” or physical goal.
I feel that focusing on how things feel, and giving my body what it needs, has contributed to a new “look” for me that feels balanced and sustainable.

I still love weights and plyos; I’m just now incorporating them into a more holistic approach to my fitness.
Still got my ? shaped booty, still rocking my curves, but now with a more sustainable body fat % and improved mobility and posture.??

This balanced approach is the same one we’ll be taking with JUMP in Jan.
All workouts will be 30 minutes, come with video demo + modifications, and can be done at home or in the gym with a few pieces of equipment. (Dumbbells, mat, bench/sturdy chair)

JUMP movement schedule:
• Mon: lower body + plyos
• Tues: upper body + abs
• Wednesday: at home yoga
• Thurs: lower body + plyos
• Fri: upper body + abs
• Sat: at home yoga • Sun: LISS cardio
