We just wrapped the October JUMP challenge so it’s back to the #fitandthickapp until the next one in January!

Try this lower body circuit for a serious Booty burn:
(I’m using 10lb ankle weights)
- 12 right step up + abductor lift
- 12 right donkey kicks
- 12 right straight leg lifts
Repeat on the left side
X3 with 60 seconds rest in between each round
