We’re currently on day 11 of JUMP, a 28-day lifestyle that includes meals, workouts, and mindset training.

Part of what we do on this program is set you up with a balanced morning routine that includes minimal meal prep, movement, intention setting, and journaling.
Your morning should be the most sacred time of the day-and if you have kids and don’t have the luxury of carving out a chunk of time, at least try to get 20 minutes to yourself to connect with yourself before the craziness ensues!

I have been getting TONS of DM’s about the overnight oats that I’ve been posting so I’m sharing this Peachy Keen recipe with ya! If you’ve never made them, they’re a game changer.

? PEACHY KEEN OVERNIGHT OATS ?
- 1/2 cup of organic rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp agave or coconut nectar
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/2 of a peach, diced
- 3/4 cup of almond or other nut milk (rice of nut free!)

Add ingredients to jar, pour in milk, and then store!
You don’t need to cook these bad boys. They take minutes to prepare, a few hours to “cook” in the fridge and are then devourable in seconds.?
