What do you find most inspiring about yoga right now?

I’ll start—I came to the practice of yoga in search of inner peace. The practice has lead me into total life transformation. I am happier, more kind, more whole and yes more peaceful than before. Yoga also inspired me to change my diet 20 years ago and that has made a big impact too. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and meditating for almost that too. My teachers are R. Sharath Jois and his grandfather Pattabhi Jois. I love being a student of yoga most of all. The thing that inspires me most right now in my practice is the connection between the subtle breath, the inner body and the infinite expanse of spirit.

My Mom took this photo on our drive to @alladalewildernessreserve It was dark, so these pics don’t do it justice. The drive was spectacular and this place feels like a window into the timeless past. I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and immerse myself in the beauty of the Scottish highlands. I am feeling just so grateful to be here. Thanks @wellxplored for making my dream come true ?
