Had a good first day of meetings in London. Lunched with UK business leaders earlier and talked about Europe, Asia and Singapore. I also had an engaging chat with several Singaporean youths representing us in the Commonwealth Youth Council at the @commonwealth2018, who are also receiving awards for doing good work specially targeted at youths.
Earlier in the day, I met the Duke of York, Prince Andrew. Happy to reaffirm the excellent ties between Singapore and UK. Also discussed ways for Commonwealth countries to do more together. – LHL
