- “Good evening ladies! I’ve been a member of the group for a couple of months now but this is my first time posting anything because I’ve been a little nervous to do so. I’m a 22 yr old dairy farmer from NY. Two months ago, I decided to go plant based and it was the best decision of my life. I’d gained about 30 lbs in the past year after taking a break from bodybuilding after doing that for 3 years. In the past two months, I lost over 25 lbs through cardio, yoga and the Fit and Thick Workouts. My acne prone skin has almost completely cleared up. And I’m so much happier and excited for life.
