ACCOUNTABILITY POST! My goals for the next 3 months: 1. To create a habit of consistency by completing 5 #fitandthickapp workouts each week. Working out used to be second nature for me when I was teaching, but now, it’s a struggle to make time and to find the energy. I want to get back to the point where it’s a necessary and habitual part of my day! 2. To complete 5 restorative yoga sessions each week. I have been using #yogawithadriene and also doing some flows on my own which has been helping my stress levels come down... somewhat. Still some serious work to be done in this department.🧘🏼‍♀️ 3. To grow my glutes 2 inches. I’ll be incorporating heavy walking lunges and glute bridges, Smith machine work, and LOTS of kickbacks! - We set goals as a community earlier this week on the Facebook group and it’s got me fired up to be working towards them with my #VIBETRIBE 🌴 - 📣EXCITING NEWS! We put up a poll in the Facebook group to get feedback about what we should call our community. (We’ve needed this for ages, right!?!🤔) the verdict: the VIBE TRIBE🌴! AAAAANNNDDD, We’ll be opening up the #VIBETRIBE Facebook group up to our entire community next week!
