What’s the easiest way to get momentum going in your life and BOOST your motivation? ?? create a morning routine! - I have never been great at sticking with routines but having a set schedule in the mornings reduces my stress and helps me accomplish more throughout the day. - I recently read an article about how our daily decision-making power is a depletable resource. It went on to say that we have a fixed amount of willpower and that creating routines that prevent you from having to make any decisions about the things that you do daily helps you to save that willpower for more crucial work, family, and life decisions. - Perhaps used up willpower is the reason why so many of us succumb to late night cravings and end up binge eating even though we know it’s not what we need or should be doing.?? - It has taken some time and I don’t always follow it verbatim, but here is my morning routine down to the times to get your wheels turning on how to create one for yourself. - When you can move throughout your morning with ease, you’re setting yourself up for more productivity during your day. - ??‍♀️6:30am: wake up + make bed ?6:45am: morning pages (at least 3 pages of journaling) ??‍♀️7:15am: ACV shot in warm water + yoga ??‍♀️7:45am: change + gym ?8:45am: shower ?9:00am: breakfast + prepare food for the day ?9:30am: leave for work ??‍?10:00am: arrive at office/begin work if working remotely! - If you struggle with deciding what to do in the the gym or kitchen, the #fitandthickapp can help you!
