If I could only give you one piece of advice it would be to never give up on yourself.
Never give in and submit to the belief that you are stuck where you are, physically, mentally, or in your current life situation. -
You can grow, but you need to believe that you can grow first.
You can create but you need to believe that you can create first.
You can change if you FIRST believe that you can change.

Those old adages that say, “people are who they are” and “people never change”- yeah I don’t believe that.
People change when they feel worthy and capable of change- and that belief for YOU has to start right now.
Because once you hold onto it, and your mind sees it for what it is- A TRUTH- you will begin to see opportunities and possibilities open up all around.
You see your life is a projection of what you think and believe in your mind.
Once you believe that you are worthy and capable of progress,
then progress you shall.
