Examine your habits.

Because lazy, undisciplined, and self-destructive habits typically stem from thoughts of low self-worth, anxiety, and helplessness.
You have the power to retrain your thoughts to those of gratitude, hope, and a grander vision of yourself.

Our minds have the ability to seek out and find that which we constantly think about because what we constantly think about must obviously be important, right?
You want things to get better but all you do is think about how bad things currently are.
How can anything improve under those circumstances?

Where you are today, for the most part, is a culmination of the constant thoughts that have filled your mind, choices that you’ve made, and work that you have or have not put in.
When I realized this, I immediately felt empowered.
If I created the life that I am living today- even if it’s one that doesn’t fit with my vision for myself- that means that I have the power to go out and create the life that rings true to who I am and how I want to live.
Will it be easy?
Fuck no- but when has anything worth having ever been?💫
