I was down about 30 pounds then but going through the worst time of my life. I remember editing this picture w. Nicole Mejia so I wouldn’t feel so huge, this is the original picture on the left, now on the right I’m the happiest I’ve ever been another 30 pounds down. The point is don’t ever be ashamed of your journey, I was so preoccupied with the negativity in my life & obsession with the scale I wasn’t living. Now I’ve fallen in love with myself, boxing, exploring & hiking & making sure all women out there on a fitness journey understand it takes TIME. this didn’t happen overnight, there’s no magic pill. It’s dedication to your lifestyle, loving yourself & fighting out who you want to be along the way.
