I used to feel ashamed for liking how my body looked like.

I thought it would be conceited, or derail me from the priority of my mental health.
⠀
I know now that both can mutually exist.
⠀
I strive to treat my body with the same love and care I give my mind. Over the years, I’ve experienced growth both inside and out. My practice became all-encompassing, and I can’t tell you how proud I am for all the inches this journey is made up of. For both the mental and physical growth.

So simply put, I’d say it’s a darn beautiful feeling to love myself inside and out?
