sansho and yuzu and eggplant with plenty of fresh herbs and smoky grill goodness - making up some midweek kitchen magic because let's face it by wednesdays I've often run out of steam, creative dinner ideas, the will to live (j/k!) - but seriously midweek meals in our house often go like this - lettuce, roasted vegetables (usually cauliflower) some sorta nuts or seeds, boiled egg. I don't even bother to make a dressing opting instead to just splash on apple cider vinegar and olive oil - good, but rote and well played out at this point
but this recipe has me excited for wednesday and using the grill has the added bonus of less cleanup time and a little extra fresh air (savoring these summer evenings) -find the recipe through the link in profile
