Met Tuvalu PM Enele Sopoaga today. We established diplomatic relations with Tuvalu in 2001. Like us they are an island nation, but located in the Pacific Ocean, halfway between Australia and Hawaii. We are fellow members of the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS- http://aosis.org/).
