Josephine Teo and @desmond.lee were sworn in as full Ministers today. They took their oaths before President Dr Tony Tan, in the presence of their families and grassroots leaders who came to witness the ceremony.
It was also good to catch up with Desmond’s father, former Minister Lee Yock Suan. A rare privilege for me to have been colleagues with both father and son!

Both Josephine and Desmond have worked hard and shown themselves capable of doing more. Look forward to them taking on broader responsibilities, and shaping policies to build a better Singapore for all. – LHL (MCI Photos by Kenji Soon)
