Happy to join the @pafrenz’s Women’s Executive Committees (WECs) in celebrating their Golden Jubilee today. For 50 years, the Women’s Executive Committees (WECs) have promoted women’s activities and participation in the community. From parenting and childcare courses to mentorship programmes and scholarships, the WECs enable women from all walks of life not only to improve themselves, but to give back by helping others.

My thanks to the 2,500 WECs members and 17,000 women volunteers in PA’s Grassroots Organisations for your service and contributions. Your efforts have helped many Singaporeans to succeed.
