Dumbbell front raises with a twist!?

Talk about a burnout!? I do a lot of front raises but feel them the most when I do it this way. You don't need much weight for this exercise but you can def work your way up in weight! -

I do 4,3,2,1 reps on each are arm and then do 6 reps on each arm without holding! Today I superset shoulder workouts with a rear dealt exercise! -
