One of my absolute favorite CLOSE GRIP back exercises!🙌🏼

Girls don't be intimidated to try this in the gym it's seriously one of my favorite exercises and I've been incorporating it for over a decade! I'm using a 45 pound plate here so if you're short just make sure to be careful cause I have def hit myself in the boobs with the plates a few times with this movement lol!

But all in all make sure you muscle mind connection is always there that's the most important thing besides form in the gym! -
