"I'm so incredibly happy that I stepped out of my comfort zone & joined the 8 week fall fitness challenge. It was EXACTLY the boost I needed to get my act together. Although I am no where yet, & still have so far to go to reach my end goal, I am beyond thrilled that I finally took that step of faith & just started. I am really surprised with my progress in such a short amount of time & really thankful for how much I've learned in this process. It has truly been life changing & I am beyond thankful to you Jessica for putting this all together for us.

The program didn't just tell me what to do, but taught me HOW to calculate things for myself so I understood it so much more. Anytime I had questions, you helped me through & allowed me to truly understand things, which has helped me a ton throughout these 2 challenges. I was so happy with the progress in 8 short weeks, that i gladly signed up for the next challenge you offered. I loved the accountability of it & wanted to challenge myself to see what another 8 weeks would do.

Jessica, your program has truly changed my life. The accountability of posting on IG, checking in with you and watching the other girls' progress definitely helped me push through when it got tough. I'd check IG & see the other girls posts & it gave me the boost I needed to get back in the gym. -

I think back to just a few short months ago when I joined the first challenge & compare it to now & this newfound love for working out, its honestly still shocking to me. You've given me confidence in myself again, and made me just want more out of life. I feel so much stronger physically (& mentally) and it all stems from you giving me the opportunity to join your challenge! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
