I know most of you ask what I eat on a daily basis. Honestly I am a very simple eater for the most part but I always make sure I have a balanced meal of protein, carbohydrates, sugars and fats! Even though I am on the road and this is a hotel buffet breakfast I try my best to eat the healthiest I can. Luckily The hotel has boiled eggs (I ate one whole egg and the rest took out the yolk), plain oat meal (I added brown sugar and raisins), black coffee and a glass of orange juice!?
