So you all know I'm a huge fan of working out chesticals!? I love the old school way of bodybuilding and I practice the Arnold split from back in the day! Today I tried a new exercise I've seen often you can see in the video I was feeling the area of the muscle where the exercise movement should be working out.

I usually touch the muscle while contracting it to make sure that muscle is being worked correctly. This also helps with muscle/mind connection!??
