Another exercise on the assisted pull up machine!? I normally see this exercise being done with the foot being placed forward but I did a different variation which really hits the outer part of my Glute and I feel it way more this way! My glutes are literally on fire with this one!?

Depending on your height, your level of mobility, different exercises work for different people. But I always tell people to try new things and don't be afraid! If you are looking for a new Glute workout this is a great one to incorporate! -
