My dad taught me BODYBUILDING at the age of 17 years old. Although I wasn't consistent and serious about lifting until about 7 years ago I always used what he taught me in the gym. He worked out the old school Arnold way and that's the same way I work out til this day. -

A lot of women ask me how I train and why? I've always stuck to the old school ways and it keeps it simple for me. I know there are many ways that people workout especially since the boom of fitness on social media. I always stand by my same split to make sure my upper/lower body is symmetrical. My split is Leg day (QUAD FOCUSED), Back/Biceps, Shoulders, Chest/Triceps & Leg day (Glute/Hamstring FOCUSED) -
