Another standout from my old chef @pinocuttaiao at #lamadia was the Artichoke stuffed with shrimp and bread crumbs served over an anchovy sauce, topped with grated bottarga.....everyone thought this dish was fun to eat and a show stopper. @leahscohen of @pigandkhao does #sicily #FRTakeover @michelinguide #thatakova #chefleah
