Nothing fancy. Just a plain old Uttpkutih at the end of my honest practice today. It always feels this good when you get to the end of your practice. As a teacher it can be hard to maintain the inspiration to squeeze your practice in. But you need daily discipline of your own practice to recharge and heal your own body. My practice today was wedged in between teaching two classes on a grey, rainy and suddenly chilly day. How about you? Are you practicing? ?
