Breakfast today takes me to multi-experiential type spot back in Barranco.(Yes, Barranco is very cool.) This is a plate of root vegetables cooked different ways and a savory granola along with an amazon peanut of sorts called sacha inchi. This delicious food can be found at @mollecafebistro inside a larger space @colonia.and.co. I love this type of space where you can see many small businesses and creative people coming together under one roof. Here you can sample gelato, buy a cookbook, eat delicious food and have coffee prepared from an @slayerespresso machine. My kind of place to be sure. -Rob Newton @robdnewton #FRTakeover
