Med Ball Blitz ???? All you need is a med ball to rock your body on this circuit!
Exercise 1: 10 jump squat to lunge with twist on each side
Exercise 2: 15 leg raises each side with pressing the med ball on the other side.
Exercise 3: 20 kneeling core slams each side
Exercise 4: Wall sit with 20 core twists on each side
Exercise 5: 60 seconds of oblique mountain climbers

Exercise 6: 10 circle slams on each side!
4 total rounds!
