Dear ladies! Please read this! In left picture I'm few days before competition. Such extremely lean look was achieved by very strict diet and excessive exercises, plus manipulation with water. This is how athletes prep for the show. We are trying to achieve certain look for the stage. !!!Just for few minutes on stage!!! We don't maintain this look in everyday life, it is absolutely unhealthy and almost impossible without damaging your hormones. It is recommended for athletes to gain some amount body fat within 2 weeks after competition. Please, keep this in mind when you set out the weight lose goal for yourself. ? Picture on the right is me today. Not extremely lean, exercising in moderation, eating balanced and healthy. HAPPY No crazy definition you can see. Honestly, I could've been looking little more defined if I would be more consistent with my weight lifting, but it just happened that right now I enjoy different kind of training, I run, I swim , I bike and I have different goal - not to be defined, but to be fertile. ☝️ I am very active, but I don't pay as much attention to my physical appearance as I used to. I'm not stressing out about the fact I don't have enough muscle and if I don't feel like lifting today, I'll take off or go for a run. When I decide to compete again, I'll kick my ass and get back my abs for those 5 min on stage. I used to be very abscessed with being lean and mean and It damaged my body big time. That's what happens with competitors, once you got into this "Perfect Body" you can't let it go, even thought of to are not happy with your lifestyle and tired and hungry all the time. Please, set realistic goals for yourself and think about your health ? Yours #anyastar ?
