One of our favorite things to do outside of @Grill23andBar, @DineatHarvest and @Post_390 in #Boston is to trace our ingredients directly to their food sources...and it didn't get much more direct than this during our #CrossCountryCulinaryRoadTrip visit to #Charleston #SouthCarolina where Mark and Kerry Marhefka of @AbundantSeafood hosted #HHG #CulinaryDirector #ChefEricBrennan, #HarvestRestaurant #ExecutiveChef @TylerKinnett and #Post390 #ChefNicholasDeutmeyer to learn about effective practices for #sustainablefishing and introduce us to some lesser known varieties of seafood to work with for our kitchens.
