Day 29 #OctoberYogaSpice is Astavakrasana, Eight Angle Pose. Someone commented yesterday that I should do the challenge pose each day and they were disappointed that I filmed the video earlier this year. What do you think? A lot of planning goes into making these challenges between setting the theme and the poses, making the collage, filming, editing, and finding beautiful locations for the challenge videos, so I like to get my videos prepared for everyone ahead of time. I encourage anyone who wants to see my daily practice to tune in on Periscope. So, yes this video like yesterday's was filmed earlier this year. Yes I'm posting it now. No, I don't film the challenge videos every day but we want everyone who joins the challenge to post and practice every day. Yes, I do practice every day. ?
