Why did you choose to join Instagram? Answer: Fashion is such a big part of Instagram and we saw the rapidly growing network as a great way to reach a new audience that was exactly in our target market. ________________________________________Q: How relevant is Instagram for a brand like yours? A: Instagram is a power machine that just keeps growing so it’s super relevant for us to be on it daily, promoting our products and interacting with our customers. It’s by far our fastest growing social network with the highest organic growth. ________________________________________Q: How has Instagram helped you more than other social networks, to connect with your consumers? A: Our customers on other social networks tend to interact with us more for customer service reasons, asking questions about product, etc. However, on Instagram it’s all about building relationships with our customers. Their feedback and comments on our photos is always extremely positive and helpful. We share the comments with the rest of the departments here to help us learn what our customers really like and want. We have daily free promotion from our customers constantly tagging us and using #DynamiteStyle on their own photos when they wear our clothes. It’s amazing! You just don’t get that on any other social channel.
