A: Without UGC we wouldn’t be where we are on Instagram. Our customers have fun taking their selfies and some of them work really hard at capturing the most amazing photos of their outfits. So we want to encourage that behaviour and celebrate it. We often regram these UGC posts which creates instant customer loyalty. They love their 15 minutes of fame and we love giving it to them. It encourages more people to post and just expands our network immensely. We also learn a lot from UGC, we see how they wear our clothes and where they wear it. It gives us a better understanding of who exactly our customer is. ________________________________________Q: What motivated your choice to join Iconosquare? A: It’s so helpful to us to measure our successes in an easy-to-use tool. After joining Instagram it was critical for us to monitor the performance of our activities. Iconosquare was one of the first tools we’ve used and continue to use it in our weekly reports. ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? A: We constantly monitor our fan acquisition and engagement. The engagement we receive is very important to us, more than the number of fans since we learn so much from what our customers like.
