What are your main KPIs? A: We use Iconosquare on a daily basis to track our influence and optimize our engagement with our audiences. We don’t set KPI’s but rather set a different kind of goals. In the last 6 months we’ve launched a media page blog within our website, created our account @FlyNYON which just hit 18,5K, we’ve launched a NYonAir Tumblr, and next week will be launching a FlyNYON SnapChat!
