Here is what I did after my leg training the other day at @completebodygym
5 rounds of:
Front squats x5
Regular squats x5?
Deadlift x5
Box jumps x5
30 sec rest between sets
My leg workout was: leg curls, deadlifts, leg bridges- all heavy with some pop squats between sets
