Last night I got the message from my client with these comparison pictures of her 12 weeks transformation and many many kind words ? I'm so delightful and happy to see other's ppl progress and knowing that I was a little part of it too. Had been following the diet plan and training program for a while before she started to see any progress. She would ask me all the time " what am I doing wrong? Why I don't see any results?" The truth is that you have to give your body some time to adjust to new regimen and start responding.
I'm so happy she didn't give up half way, just because she didn't se any changes right away, she kept pushing hard every day, stayed on top of her diet and training and she finally got rewarded! So happy for you girl! @karinacjey up great work!
Let it be a great motivation for those of you who is at the beginning of their journey, please, don't give up, just keep working hard and eventually you'll see result!

Как же мне приятно получать такие вести и знать, что моя помощь помогла ей добиться такого прогресса! Прежде, чем Карина увидела результаты своей работы, она не один месяц пахала в зале и следовала диете, которую я для нее расписала. Были моменты, когда она меня спрашивала "Аня, ну почему я не вижу результатов? Что я делаю не так?" Ответ прост - время! Дайте своему организму время привыкнуть к новому режиму питания и тренировок, не ждите результатов через две недели, этого не случиться. Однако, если вы будете продолжать работать, в конце концов вы будете вознаграждены за свои труды.
