So these past few weeks have been a whirlwind of adjustment for me. It's so crazy. When I'm thicker, I want to get lean, and then when I'm lean, I feel like I look better thicker. ? I haven't been training like I should for the past month, so this week has been kicking me back into my routines and I've been training with my @getfitandthick class Monday-Thursday. Life is all about balance, but how exactly do we know what the right balance is for us?
