Why did you choose to join Instagram? Answer: When I arrived in November 2012, I did a check on the current digital and social media situation. Quickly, I discovered what was missing: a social media network for pictures. We were on Facebook, Twitter (to answer clients and all the information aspects) and Youtube for videos. When we come to the Stade de France, we take pictures or selfies. It was natural and normal, after all when someone comes to the Stade de France, it is to live an exceptional moment. It is natural to immortalize it with friends or the community. We needed to be present not only to create and share exclusive content, but to engage with all the fans that come to visit. ________________________________________Q: How relevant is Instagram for a brand like yours? A: More than relevant, it is essential. Image is the identity of the Stade de France. The building is as unique as the events that take place. The Stade de France generates images when there is an event as well the rest of the year. Particularly throughout the visits that we organize. All these images send strong emotions. It is important for a brand to participate and engage with the emotions of its fans. ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? A: I do a monthly reporting on the increase of number of followers on the loss of followers thanks to Iconosquare. For the moment we are really happy.
